Building relationships is imperative when working in any industry, particularly when it comes to working with creative agencies or highly hierarchical organisations. By being genuine in my approach, I like to create shared goals amongst teams and facilitate new ways of thinking with stakeholders at various levels. 

You need to listen to what people are saying . Observe their motivations - what aren't they saying? 

CEO's, CMO's, CFO's, University Vice Chancellors, UX designers, boards of directors, tourism bodies, chefs, creative agencies, printers, photographers, copywriters, designers, government departments, legal teams, digital teams, architects, small business owners - you name it, I've worked with them - and loved every minute.

You need to try and appreciate everyone's area of expertise. 

Building trust over time, understanding expectations and challenges, and arming stakeholders with enough information so they feel at ease.
